Join us for cocktail hour following the ceremony, where a delicious spread awaits! Enjoy a beautifully arranged charcuterie board featuring a selection of fine meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. Throughout the hour, our butler-passed hors d’oeuvres will include crispy coconut shrimp, spicy tuna tartare served on wonton chips, and warm, savory cheese-stuffed mushrooms. It’s the perfect way to kick off the evening before dinner and dancing begin! We’re excited to celebrate with you! Throughout the evening, we’ll be offering a variety of soft beverages and water for everyone’s enjoyment. An open bar will be available from 5:00–6:00 PM during cocktail hour, and again from 7:00–10:00 PM. For dinner, you’ll have a choice between two delicious entrées: a roasted herb chicken breast topped with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach, and a rich Asiago cheese sauce, or a hand-cut petite filet mignon paired with jumbo gulf shrimp in a savory garlic butter sauce.
