He stole my heart so I will be stealing his last name!

We may not have met in the most romantic of ways (online dating amirite) but that doesn’t make our love anything short of a fairytale. We went on our first date at a local place called Mickey’s Restaurant. The entire night we were only focused on one another while trying to get to know each other. While deep in conversationwe were approached by the owner stating that they were getting ready to close. We spent five hours at Mickey’s and we stayed until closing time. Neither of us have ever been so captivated by another person on a first date before. Now we are getting married!

It was 11:00 PM on December 31, 2022 and we were preparing for our first New Year’s Eve together. He was visibly nervous and I wasn’t really sure why at the time. Moments later he told me hold on for a minute so I did, not really sure what to expect. He strolls into our bedroom with a ring box, gets down on one knee, and asks me to marry him. I was shook! But of course I said yes! We started the New Year as an engaged couple and we couldn’t be happier! February 14th, 2023, we went to Butcher Block for our first Valentine’s Day together. He wanted to propose again in front of an audience so he could show the world that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and I wanted to show everyone I would say yes. Every time in every universe, yes will always be my answer.
