Semi formal attire is suggested to complement our garden theme. Think spring colors and light fabrics to match the garden setting.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue that will depart at ____ from the main entrance. There will be a shuttle from the venue going back to the hotel as well.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the venue by 3:45 PM to ensure you're ready for a 4 PM ceremony start time.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a Pre Wedding Reception on the evening of the 10th at the hotel (Aloft Shenandoah Woodlands Area) for all to enjoy. This will give everyone the opportunity to mingle ahead of the big day and get to know each other better.
