Is there a dress code?

Winter Elegance: Join us for a cozy and classy winter wedding at The Oscar. Gentlemen, suits with seasonal ties are perfect, although ties are optional. Ladies, long gowns, cocktail dresses, or elegant tops with dressy bottoms. Shawls or wraps for warmth would be beautiful. Let’s create magical winter memories! No T-Shirts, Jeans or anything White

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP prior to December 10th. Please contact us if your RSVP is not populating correctly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we hope you can understand that this will be a 14+ only ceremony and reception. Grab a sitter, get dolled up and come have the best time with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Your love, laughter and presence at our wedding is that best gift of all! To save you looking, shopping and buying, we’d greatly appreciate a monetary gift towards our honeymoon. However, if you wish to honor us with a physical gift we are forever appreciative. We do not have a wedding registry, giving you free range of genuine thought.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are dedicated parking spots for Oscar Event Center. Follow the signs directing you towards the Oscar Parking lot once entering the Jungle Jims Entrance. Feel free to also park in front of the Venue should you find a spot there, as they are a bit closer.

I have a food allergy/diet restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course, please allow us to know if you need a special accommodation for your meal during your RSVP. Food Allergy, Veagan, Vegetarian, Special Diet etc.
