Fredericksburg
If you find yourself adding a day on to your trip, Fredricksberg is a great stop with lots to explore in the Texas hill country! About an 1.5 hour drive from downtown, you'll love the drive with the Texas wild flowers, wineries, restraints and shops. The Albert hotel just opened up if you'd like to stay there for a night.
Magnolia Market
Waco is a great stop for an all the Chip and Joanna fans out there! located about 2 hours from Austin, you'll love the Magnolia Market and all the fun things to explore in waco!
San Antonio River Walk
San Antonio is so fun for the whole family! The riverwalk being the main attraction, but if you have kids, don't forget to check out the zoo!
Rainey Street Historic District
Renovated houses turned into bungalow bars reign supreme on Rainey, the increasingly popular tucked-away street. Day or night, you’ll find relaxed bar-goers strolling from bar to food trailer to bar again, often with their dogs in tow looking for a kicked back sip and a bite.
