What is the wedding timeline?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:00pm outside. Please arrive by 2:45pm to allow time to get seated. Cocktail hour to follow the ceremony on the patio. Dinner will begin approximately at 5:00pm. Dessert, Dancing, and celebrating to follow! Party ends at 11:30pm.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have hotel blockings at Courtyard by Marriott Madison East and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Madison East (They are right next to each other, they share a parking lot). Please go to our Travel & Hotel tab for more hotel information.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle (AKA yellow school bus) that will be going to/from Courtyard hotel and Lake Windsor Country Club. Shuttle will be picking up guests at Courtyard hotel at 1:45pm and 2:20pm. Shuttle bringing guests back to Courtyard hotel at 9:00pm, 10:00pm, 11:00pm, and 11:40pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is a parking lot at Lake Windsor Country Club. Park to the right side of the building for closest parking to the ceremony.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If your children are not specifically invited we respectfully ask that you do not bring them. We want you to have a fun night off!
