Laura.. aka Lars, is one of Annie's older sisters and let's be honest, honorary wedding planner. She has been IMPATIENTLY waiting for the day Annie says I do to be able to help plan her only little sister's big day. To say she has been a huge part of all things leading up to the wedding would be an understatement. Laura, being the very protective older sister, took a liking to John right away. Not only was she surprised he stuck around after some crazy Creque family encounters, but she also saw his love and outporing devotion to her only little sister. We are so incredibly grateful to have Laura play such a big role in our wedding.
Alyse Melvin

Alyse is John's only sister among 3 of the Nelson boys! Alyse and Annie met for the first time Christmas 2017 since she and her husband Scott had lived in Florida up until recently. Everyone in the Nelson family were so anxious for them to meet, fully knowing they would become friends instantly.. and they were right! Not only do they both have an affinity for all things wine, but they also share the same interests- home deocrating, wine-induced dancing sessions and did I mention Ketchup? Were so happy Alyse and Scott moved up to the great state of PA and we can spend more time with them!
Kaitlyn Banks

Aka Banks, Banksy, Bunks is one of Annie's gradeschool friends and childhood neighbors. Banks and Annie started their friendship owning the streets of Wyo with their bike-riding and many walks throughout the neighborhood happenings- Bancos, Philly Heros and all- PUNCHBLOCK! Annie and Banks remained close friends despite her move to Kutztown in high school and her college years at Bloomsburg. When they both graduated college, they moved into their first apartment together and were roomates for 3 years. Banks made another big move to Atlanta but they still make trips to see eachother and re-visit their old Wyo stomping grounds. Love ya Bunks!
Rachel Drezner

Aka Drez, Rach. Annie and Rachel became friends in high school when they realized they could both recite the entire movie of Anchorman, quote the best from Napolean Dynamite and sing through the many lyrics of RENT, the musical, duh! Their friendship grew over many dates to Quiznos ( RIP ) and visits to The Pillar Lounge. Rachel and Annie share an obsene amount of inside jokes together to be able to annoy any third party...and have you heard Rachel's laugh?! How do you now fall in love with this girl. Annie and Rachel maintained their friendship through Rachel's college career at Indiana University and her big move NYC. Now that Rachel moved to Philly and is closer, theres a lot more nights of movie quotes, giggles and inside jokes. We love you Rach!
Katelyn Bucher

Aka Bucher, Buch, Buchs. Bucher and Annie met in gradeschool during the Spice Girls era.. Clearly, they knew their friendship was fate, having an erie resemblance to Posh and Baby Spice. Bucher and Annie's friendship grew through CYO dances, sleepovers with Mary-Kate and Ashley movie marathons and yearly trips to OCMD. After college, Bucher became a and unofficial third roomate with Annie and Banks. Through many moves, they've maintained their friendship. Even though Bucher recently moved to Baltimore, her and Annie are still closer than ever. Were so happy to have you by our side Bucher!
Kaitlin Borell

Aka Borell, Borelli (she hates it). below is a bio written by Kaitlin: I met Annie in 2007 working at the VF outlets in Reading. We quickly became good friends and bonded over the crazy situations we found ourselves in. Over the years, we've vetted each other's various boyfirends and I've been notoriously hard on Annie's. When Annie wanted to introduce me to John, I had my doubts. John's fun-loving, caring personality and gigantic hugs immediately wone me over. I can't wait to stand beside them in Annie's island home while they say "I do" We love you Kaitlin!

Aka Clara Boo. Clara is Annie's niece and is as fierce as they come. Clara shares the same love for flamin hot cheetos and makeup just like her Auntie. Clara loves to jump on Uncle John's back and paint and glitter his beard. We are so lucky to have you as our flower girl Clara Boo!

Aka Paxy, Pax. This little girl is as sweet as can be! Seriously, try saying no the that face.. you can't... #auntiestruggles. Paxtyn is Annie's niece and loves to bake and decorate cookies with her Auntie and Uncle John and swim like a fish at the pool with her cousins. We are so blessed to have this little girl as a part of our lives and so lucky to have her as our flower girl.
Elliot Taylor

Aka Elli, Elli Bear. This little boy is the most kind- hearted little souls you would ever meet! Elli loves playing with his Dinos and teaching Auntie and Uncle John all about them! We love you Elli Bear!
Ronnie Nelson

Ron is one of John's younger brother's. John and Ron are more than just brother's, they are truly best friends. Ron and John are always looking out for one another and have gotten a lot closer over the recent years. For those of you who have met Ron, you know he loves a good party. Be prepared to take some straight vodka shots with Ron on the big day! Seriously though.. it's hard to say no to this dude! Although we already have a DJ booked, you know Ron will be the MC for most of the trip. We love you Ron!!

Greg is John's youngest brother and the caboose to the Nelson fam, don't let that fool ya though, he's the tallest of the Nelson Bros! John and his brothers have always been close but since John has moved back home, theres been a more unbreakable bond. John has always been very protective of Greg, being the youngest and always has his back. If you're looking for some fashion advice or need a good partner to pose with at the wedding, Greg's your guy! We love you Greg!
Scott Melvin

Scott is Alyse's husband and John's brother in law. He may as well be called a Nelson because he fits into the family so well. John and Scott started becoming more close when he realized how happy he made his sister Alyse and knew he was in it for the long haul! Be sure to ask Scott some tips on doing the worm at the reception.. hes quite the pro. Scott and Alyse recently moved up to PA to be closer to the Nelson family and we all couldn't be happier.
Marshall Fulton

Marshall and John both began their friendship when John was 18 and living in Florida. Both families had construction businesses and they both worked with eachother. Lots of memories of 4x4 trucks and smoking... "cigs" come to mind when thinking of memories with Marshall. Some of the most hilarious fishing trips involve Marshall and John and John usually brings the bad luck with no fish. Never missing the Sand Bar Sundays at the St. Lucie inlet and numerous trips to West Palm Beach were some of the best times they had together. Were so Happy to have Marshall and his beautiful girlfriend Allie share our special day with us.

John and Bert first met through a mutual friend and started bonding over Bert's sick skateboarding skills. Lots of memories driving around in the Mustang and going to house parties. They continued their friendship when they became roomates and started gaming together. John and Bert still talk and game together on the reg. ODB! Were so happy to have you join us in St. Thomas!

John and Berger met at a rap battle.. 8 Mile style. JK, but seriously, ask this guy about his rapping skills- no joke! Not only did John and Berger hit it off right away, but John became really close with Berger's family. Berger and John enjoyed some serious keggers near Berger's house and may or may not have hopped a few trains to and from. Berger and John still remain close through the gaming world. We can't wait to enjoy our special day with Berger and his soon to be wifey, Alyssa!
