If you do not RSVP by August 19th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. This means that unfortunately you will not be allowed at our venue for our wedding. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations set for you.
Our ceremony will begin punctually at 3:30 in the afternoon. Please arrive no later than 3:15 pm. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
We are asking our guests to dress up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in cocktail/semi-formal attire. We recommend mid-length or floor-length dresses for women and jacket, suit & tie, or dress pants with a nice button-down top for men. We ask that no one wear jeans or sneakers. As always, white is reserved for the bride. Our ceremony will be indoors. There will be an accessible outdoor area with pavement throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
All guests listed on your invitation are invited to our wedding. When you type your name into the RSVP section of our website, you will see how many additional guests we have allocated space for at our wedding. If you do not have “guest” or a specific name indicated on your RSVP, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate them.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony - no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like.
Yes! Cocktail hour will run from 4:00-5:00. Our open bar will run until 10:00 and we will be supplying select beer and wine. Cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
There is a parking lot at The Ivy House that holds up to 50 vehicles. There will be free street parking available as well.
