Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration due to limited space at our venue. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you so much for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is dressy-casual. For women, this could include sundresses, midi or cocktail dresses. For men, collared shirts, polos, or button-downs with slacks are perfect. Jackets and ties are optional. The reception and ceremony will be outside, so please wear what you will be comfortable in!

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony will start at 5:00PM . Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking available at Spring Haven. Additional parking is available at Old Hickory Credit Union, 543 East Main Street, Hendersonville, TN. There will be Spring Haven parking signs there. Guests are able take the short walk or use the shuttle services to arrive at Spring Haven. The shuttle will be marked with Spring Haven signs. The shuttle will begin running at 4:00 p.m. and run a continuous loop to the bank and hotel until all guests have arrived at Spring Haven. Please arrive with ample time to enjoy the grounds at Spring Haven before the wedding begins at 5:00. The shuttle will be available all evening after the ceremony to return you to your vehicle when needed. Please call 615-826-9702 if you need assistance.

Where should you direct ride share services go?

Answer

Please ask your driver to drop you off at the Spring Haven Mansion and Estate entrance in the cul-de-sac at the end of Carrington Road. You will walk the short distance to the ceremony site. You will meet the rideshare driver at this location upon exiting as well. Please call 615-826-9702 if you need assistance.
