We first met working on the Surgical Care Unit at Fort Walton Beach Hospital. Anna was still a CNA, finishing up nursing school, and Ryan was a brand-new nurse. It was back in 2022 when we first met, and it was mostly just seeing each other in passing on the unit. We started working more frequently together, and Anna always noticed how Ryan was misplacing his clipboard (which the nursing community calls our brain because it has all our essential information on it). So, Christmas of 2022, Anna bought Ryan a clipboard that folds up to fit in his pocket with the thought that surely he can't lose something that he can fit in his pocket, and the rest is history. Fast forward years later..he still has the same clipboard, uses it daily, and still manages to lose it, just not as frequently ;)
