Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm so please plan to arrive no later than 3:30 pm. This ensures enough time to find parking, walk to the ceremony site, etc. We will be providing a welcome hour before the ceremony for guests who would like to attend! This will begin at 3:00 pm. We want our guests to enjoy a beverage, music, and the property we all love so much. Come early and take in the amazing view!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP no later than May 8th, 2027. All RSVP's received after this date will be marked as declining, as we will be sending a final headcount out to our vendors after this deadline.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We appreciate your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep this an adults only occasion with the exception of some immediate family. If your child is invited their names will be on the RSVP. We hope you are able to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Can I take photos and videos?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share all of those photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

You are more than welcome to drive to and from the venue, as we will be providing an area for parking; alcohol will be provided at the venue so please use your better judgment if you decide to indulge! Since we want everyone to have a fun and safe time, we will be providing shuttles from certain hotels to and from the venue. We will be sending a survey out in regards to if you will be taking the shuttle or not so we can plan accordingly. There will be shuttles in the evening leaving the venue at various times, so everyone can chose which time of departure is best for them! We recommend you taking the latest shuttle and partying with us all night!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! As soon as you pull into the driveway, there will be signs directing you to the parking area in the front field. It will be directly to the left, through the fence opening. You won't be able to miss it!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! All events will be held at Sierra's family's private property.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be entirely outdoors, as well as a majority of the cocktail hour. The reception will be held under a large tent. When looking for footwear please keep in mind the grass and outdoor landscape (maybe re-think those stiletto heels).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, there is a dress code. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up and looking their best! There is a tab named "Attire" that will outline details for the dress code. We appreciate you all adhering to its guidelines!

There is a tab named "Timeline" outlining the entire schedule for the wedding day in detail! Plan accordingly!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangovers are on you! Get ready to party!

What kind of food will be provided?

Answer

We are providing a buffet style dinner, Hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, and a late night food truck for when you get hungry after dancing! We will be providing various options including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. The main courses included in the buffet will be Chicken Piccatta, Pasta Primavera, and a famous Braised Brisket. Sides will include a vegan quinoa salad, roasted rosemary potatoes, and grilled lemon garlic asparagus. We hope you enjoy the food as much as we did while tasting it!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want everyone to be happy and healthy on our wedding day! We are providing vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options during cocktail hour and the reception to try and accommodate everyone. If you have an additional dietary restriction, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Where should I stay?

You are welcome to stay wherever you like, however, we have provided suggestions and room blocks for you, if you desire! Under the "Travel and Accommodations" tab you will find detailed information about this!

Where should I fly into?

Answer

We know how far our venue's location is for many people! Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) are the two closest locations to fly into. You can find more details and information about travel under the "Travel and Accommodations" tab.

What is there to do while I’m in town?

Answer

Even though the venue is deep in the country, we have a whole tab named "Points of Interest" that will detail all of the different and fun activities around the area! Check it out!

Is there any other information I should know about?

Answer

There is going to be a short survey in the RSVP tab where guests can suggest a song they would like to be played during the reception! We want you dancing with us all night!
