FAQs

If you don't see your question on here, hit us up!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd love to know your plans as soon as you know them, but our deadline for RSVPs is July 10th.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We try to take all of your love lives into account in our invitations, but our venue size is limited. If you're not sure about your date, please reach out to us directly!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

In order to allow all guests — including parents — an evening of relaxation, we kindly request that any children who aren't explicitly invited be allowed to stay home and watch R-rated movies instead.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:15 pm, so please plan on arriving by 3:45 pm so we can take some photos with you beforehand!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Short answer: Welcome to Brooklyn! Long answer: There's usually some street parking on 3rd Avenue within five blocks of our apartment, but please be aware of street signage when you arrive. We highly recommend using public transit or taking advantage of our Lyft rideshare codes.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not officially, but our ceremony is being held outdoors in October in New York, so please be mindful of your own needs. Other than that, we love you and trust your good taste.

Question

Wait, I'm not Jewish! What's going on?

Answer

Don't worry! Our rabbi will explain the significance of each part of the ceremony so everyone can follow along. Feel free to participate to the extent you feel comfortable. You don't need to wear a kippah / yarmulke, but if you have one lying around it's a good opportunity to bust it out!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry is available on the top bar of this very website!

Question

Will I Get the Rona?

Answer

Following CDC and New York State guidelines, we request and require that all guests be vaccinated at least 14 days before the wedding date. Additionally, the ceremony itself will be held outside on our roof, so please feel free to spread out if you're worried. While the reception will be inside a small restaurant, we're confident that it will be safe in October. Per the latest local laws, proof of vaccination will most likely be required at the venues. To expedite this process, please add your vaccination proof to this form: https://forms.gle/E5y3ynFx6aLtMDkK9 We're constantly monitoring the latest case numbers in NYC (perhaps too much!) so we will update you if this changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us privately!
