Golf Booking Instructions If you’d like to play golf at Bald Peak, please follow these steps: Set Up an Account Number Call Karen Haskins at Bald Peak at 603-544-2511 to set up an account number. Note: If you’re staying inside the clubhouse at Bald Peak, you already have an account number. Book a Tee Time Once your account is set up, contact Paul Tessier, the golf pro, at 603-544-9923 to request a tee time. Please note: Tee times can only be booked exactly one month in advance of your desired play date.
Please RSVP not later than July 1st. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. if you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult only event with the exception of bridal party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! However, children are invited to the welcome party on Friday at 7pm.
Please arrive at 3:00-3:15pm in order to park and get your trolly ride up to the ceremony.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. Once the ceremony is over please feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!
For the ceremony, there is a large Visitor Parking Lot for all guests to use, in addition to accessible parking which is located directly in front of the Carriage House. After parking, follow the walking path to the trolleys to take you up to the ceremony. for the reception, we recommend following your GPS to the Bald Peak Clubhouse. Once you are there, people will be helping you to park.
Please note that parking at Bald Peak Beach is very limited. We kindly ask that you park at the Bald Peak Colony Club, where ample parking is available. A shuttle will run every 15 or so minutes throughout the evening to take guests to and from the beach.
Beach Chic: Embrace the summer vibes with light, breezy attire! Men, please wear collared shirts—think linen or short-sleeve button-downs in fun, tropical, or classic styles. Ladies, flowy dresses, beachy jumpsuits, or elegant resort wear are perfect. Shoes optional in the sand!
We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is summer formal. Ladies can wear floor-length or midi length dresses. Gentleman can wear a suit & tie. We encourage you to wear color!
