For those of you arriving on Saturday, we will be hosting an (optional) welcome event. We have a cabana area booked at SPARK social.
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Our guests will have free access to the Botanical Garden for the entire day of the wedding. Feel free to head over any time before our ceremony to check out the beautiful grounds and take some photos!
3:30 pm - 4:15 pm
We will be providing a shuttle to and from the Berkeley Botanical Gardens leaving from the Intercontinental Mark Hopkins. Feel free to use this even if you are not staying at the hotel. The shuttle will be departing at 4:00 PM promptly. For those who do not wish to use the shuttle, Uber or driving are good alternatives.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We’re getting married in a beautiful botanical garden, so we’re leaning into the natural setting—think dressy, colorful, and fun, with floral or nature-inspired touches.
That said—please know we truly don’t mind what you wear! If you’re comfy and feel like celebrating with us, that’s what matters most. But if you’re looking for a little inspiration, here’s the vibe we’re going for: For the ladies: Flowy dresses, floral prints, bright or pastel colors, fun accessories, dressy jumpsuits—anything festive and comfortable for a garden setting. A light jacket or wrap is a good idea in case it cools down. For the guys: Think elevated garden party—suits or dress pants with a button-down or short-sleeve shirt. We love when people add some personality, like floral prints, colorful ties, patterned shirts, or lighter-toned suits. No need for a tie unless you want to. Footwear tip: The ceremony will be on grass and garden paths, so we recommend block heels, wedges, flats, or dress shoes that are comfortable outdoors. Let your outfit bloom with the garden—but truly, we’re just happy to celebrate with you.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The reception, starting with a cocktail hour, will occur immediately after our ceremony. We will have an open bar and family-style sit down dinner provided. We have already incorporated modifications for dietary restrictions including vegetarian and gluten-free. If you have additional dietary restrictions, please provide when you RSVP or let us know directly.

The shuttle will return to the city when our reception ends at 11 PM

Sunday will be the last day of wedding festivities. Please feel free to use Monday to travel home (or extend your trip and check out the rest of California!). Thank you so much for spending time celebrating with us.
