We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than May 1st.
Following the ceremony, shuttles will be available to take guests from the church to the reception at Hope Valley Country Club. Throughout the evening, limited shuttles will also provide transportation from the reception to the AC Hotel in downtown Chapel Hill. At the end of the evening, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available for transportation back to your accommodations. Additional limited transportation may be available for some guests returning to downtown Chapel Hill.
Due to the church's proximity to downtown Chapel Hill, there is no dedicated parking lot. Paid parking is conveniently available adjacent to the church in the Morehead Planetarium lot. Street parking is also available along Franklin Street and surrounding streets within walking distance to the church. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time to find a spot and walk over. Ample parking is available at the reception at Hope Valley Country Club, and cars may be left there overnight if needed.
Black Tie Optional. We encourage you to wear tuxedos or dark suites with a tie and evening gowns and dresses, but it is not required. We are so excited to celebrate with you and really appreciate everyone dressing up for the occasion!
We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 5:30pm to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat and get settled.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening with us.
