Arrive early to relax and socialize with friends and family prior to the ceremony. Children are permitted to attend the ceremony. Please provide your children with books or other entertainment items so they allow you to enjoy the ceremony. Ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 pm. We know its traditional to offer rice to the couple as a symbol of prosperity, however, rice throwing is not permitted (sorry...)

As you enjoy your time througout this special day, please take lots of photos. Not just of the happy couple, but yourself and other guests. We want to have memories of what our guests are up to when we're not looking.... A QR code will be provided to you at a later date, then upload them to share with us! Welcome Cocktails

Celebrating responsibly.

The Bride and Groom offer you limited complimentary beer, but please drink this adult beverage responsibly. A No Host bar will be available for purchase of hard liquor and wine. Javier & Nelida would like to keep you absolutely safe, please have a designated driver or Uber plans. A no host bar (cash or credit card) will be available providing every selection of quality liquor and wine). Water and sodas are complimentary and available throughout the evening. Parking is free and is on the side or the back of the Grand Theater. Please DO NOT park at the Bank of America parking lot (they will tow).

Reception: Dinner, Toast & Celebration

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Delicious Banquet Buffet Style Dinner

We are excited that you will join us to celebrate this special day with us. Seating is limited. Your seat is reserved specially for you. So, if for any reason, you are not able to make the dinner part of this celebration, please let us know right away so that your seat may be assigned to another guest. If you can make it later after 9:00 pm, you are welcomed to join in the dancing and toasting. Seating is not assigned. However, a few tables will be reserved for the families of the bride and groom. Please do not move chairs to other tables as each table has specific place settings. During the dance and entertainment part of the reception, seats may be moved around. The dinner is a sit-down delicious buffet style service. Please allow your table to be called up so that the servers are not overwhelmed. Take all the food you like, but do eat all the food you take. We want everyone to enjoy their meal. If you have any allergies, please be sure to inform the servers.

Entertainment / Dance Floor

Wear comfortable shoes for dancing / No drinks on dance floor.

There will be entertainment. Please sit back and enjoy the special entertainment. In between, there will be opportunity to toast the wedding couple and dancing. Please note that drinks on the dance floor are not permitted. Please leave your drinks at your table. Liquid spills on the dance floor are a BIG risk for liability as someone may slip and fall causing serious injury. The wedding celebration ends exactly at midnight. Sorry, but the venue cannot extend the hours. Please exit the reception at midnight. We thank you for your attendance and your generosity for our honeymoon fund. We will send you lots of photos from Fiji and Cabo San Lucas. We ask that Jesus send His guardian angels to protect you and your families as you drive home safely (Psalm 91).
