Niagara Falls, Ontario

Dear family & close friends

We have made the decision to officially tie the knot on October 3, 2020. It was a very difficult decision to make as we all continue to worry about the current circumstances & what tomorrow will bring. We have no idea how long this pandemic will be amongst us, so we thought, why keep waiting? If you are reading this, you have been invited to attend and celebrate this special day with us. We wish to outline a few very important details so that each of you can make the choice on whether you wish to be physically or virtually present.

COVID WEDDING

1) COVID TESTING: for the safety and security of all our guests including our grandparents, we ask that all guests have a covid test prior to the wedding. We hope you can understand why this decision was made and we are optimistic that this request will allow guests to feel more at ease. As soon as possible, please call your local covid testing centre to schedule your appointment. We recommend booking an appointment on or before Monday, September 28th since it takes approximately 3-5 days for the lab results to be posted. We understand that this requirement is not 100% effective as there is still the days leading up to the wedding that individuals can be exposed. We kindly ask that after you get tested, that you continue to take extra care and caution. For first timers getting the covid test, here is some helpful information: a) Health card: you will need your health card number to make an appointment. If you are booking for anyone else, you will also need their health card numbers. b) Process: the test involves a stick going up your nose. The feeling is a slight discomfort (not painful), comparable to getting water up your nose. It takes about 5-7 seconds for the test to be done and you likely will get water eyes for a few seconds afterwards. That is it! Once completed, you will be given a link to check your lab results.

COVID precautions continued...

2) SEATING: We will be placing everyone with their family and/or social bubble. 3) SOCIAL DISTANCING: For the ceremony, we will have chairs designated for each family with the appropriate distance. For the reception, we will have tables 6 feet apart. When you are seated during ceremony or reception, masks do not have to be worn. However, it is recommended when socializing with people outside your bubble, that you respect the 6 feet apart rule or wear your mask. 4) MASKS: we will be providing everyone with masks for our covid wedding keep sake. 5) OTHER PRECAUTIONS: There will be lots of hand sanitizer available. 6) VIRTUAL/ZOOM OPTION: Both the Nekoui & Cowle family understand and respect anyone's decision not to attend. We will be providing a Zoom link to our ceremony so you can still be apart of our day virtually. If you have any questions, concerns, or recommendations, please get in touch with us! Lots of love to you all, Natasha & Alex
