One shuttle will service both hotels (located within 6 minutes of each other). Please be at the hotel entrance 5 minutes prior to departure. Ceremony – 2:30 PM Shuttle Service to Venue - 12:35 PM – Pickup at Hotel #1 - 12:45 PM – Pickup at Hotel #2 - 1:45 PM – Final pickup at Hotel #1 - 1:55 PM – Final pickup at Hotel #2 Cocktail Hour – 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM Held at the venue. Guests are welcome to remain and enjoy cocktail hour. Optional Return to Hotels (Check-In Break) For guests who would like to check in or refresh: - 3:15 PM – Shuttle departs venue -Drop-off at Hotel #1 -Drop-off at Hotel #2 Dinner – 5:30 PM Shuttle Service to Venue for Dinner Guests - 4:20 PM – Pickup at Hotel #1 - 4:30 PM – Pickup at Hotel #2 Dancing – 7:30 PM Shuttle Service to Venue for Guests Not Attending Dinner - 6:45 PM – Pickup at Hotel #1 - 6:55 PM – Pickup at Hotel #2 End of Night – Return to Hotels Shuttle will stop at both hotels each trip: - 9:30 PM – First return - 10:30 PM – Second return - 11:30 PM – Third return - 12:30 AM – Final return
