We met trough a mutual friendWe met trough a mutual friend

Stated talking in 28 October 2024, asked me to be his girlfriend November 2 2024, proposed December 28 2025

Our story didn’t start by accident—it started with prayer. After walking through one of the hardest seasons of my life, I spent a year healing, trusting God, and asking Him to align me with the love He had for me. What I didn’t know was that God was already working quietly through mutual love—my sister Farah and our friend Oliver. Winson had known about me long before I knew him. We began talking on October 28, 2024, the day after his 30th birthday. At first, it felt simple—just conversations. But the first time he called me, I knew. There was peace in his voice, intention in his words, and something in my spirit recognized what my heart had been praying for. Our first date was on October 31, 2024, at The Setai in Miami. That night confirmed everything. From the very beginning, Winson made me feel safe—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Just a few days later, on November 2, we spent the day at the Miami aquarium. As the sun set, he asked me to be his girlfriend—and from that moment on, we chose each other with purpose. Since then, we’ve talked every single day. Through nursing school, long nights, distance, and real-life challenges, Winson has been my covering and my support. He’s shown me a love that reflects patience, sacrifice, and consistency—the kind of love I once prayed for but never knew I could receive. Growing up without my father, this love has been healing in ways I can’t fully explain. Winson is a truck driver, and while the distance can be hard, he chooses us every day. Like any couple, we’ve faced trials—but God has always brought us back to each other, stronger and more aligned than before. What defines Winson most is his heart. The way he loves my mother—who lives in Haiti and has survived three strokes—shows me the man God shaped him to be. His love doesn’t stop with me; it extends to my family, and that means everything. On December 28, 2025, Winson proposed. What I thought was a simple dinner became a moment God had already written. By the beach, surrounded by His peace, I said yes—with tears, gratitude, and certainty. God answered my prayers when He brought Winson into my life, just as He answered his. We are proof that when you trust God’s timing, He doesn’t just meet your expectations—He exceeds them. Today, we celebrate a love covered by faith and rooted in purpose, as we step into forever together.
