We’re getting married!

Where do we begin? Should we start where I looked forward to seeing him in the hallways at school or when I finally asked him to grab a milkshake? Either way, Tanner has always caught my attention, but it was never the right time for either of us. I promised myself to stay single for a year and work on myself and asked God not to introduce another man to me unless it was my future husband. Fast forward to Thanksgiving 2018, I asked Tanner to grab a milkshake with me. To make a long story short, October 15, 2021 came around and he was down on one knee and here we are... planning the BEST. DAY. EVER.

Photoshoots aren't uncommon for us to do. We usually do one in the spring and in the fall. Tanner's papaw, Steve, has been working on his '57 Chevy since August as a project and I brought up that it would be awesome if we used it in our engagement pictures in the future. Tanner is a great listener and did exactly that. He used it as a prop for our photoshoot which I thought was going to be just a normal day. Little did I know that He'd be popping the question AND surprising me with a big dinner with my family and his. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
