FAQs

If you have any questions that we have not listed here, please send us an email at neilsonora4eva@gmail.com.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better! Please RSVP by May 14, 2027, so we can account for everyone!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can my kids or plus one come?

Answer

We have so much love for your little ones and the special people in your life! However, due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that guests attend only as listed on their invitation. If a plus-one or a child is welcome, it will be reflected on your invitation. We hope you'll take this as a rare opportunity to let loose, enjoy a night out, and celebrate with us!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please allow enough time to park and settle in for our prompt start time of x:xx pm.

Question

What will the drink and food options be?

Answer

Since we will be having the wedding on State Park property, there is a hard and fast rule of NO HARD LIQUOR. Do not fret, we will have an open bar with plenty of yummy and unique beer, wine, and seltzer options! Sonora is passionate about NA/Zero-proof drinks as well. There will be a perfect fit for everyone! You can enjoy as much as you want with the promise of no secret hard liquor; those found with hard alcohol will be escorted off the premises, and the wedding risks being canceled in its entirety. Please respect the California State Park rules! There will be a cocktail hour from xx-xx pm with hors d'oeuvres. Food options will be xyz. Please let us know on the RSVP if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions!

Question

How do I get to the ceremony location?

Answer

Driving and parking, or Uber/Lyft, will be your best bet. Of note, the ceremony permits only 50 parking passes for our event. Please consider carpooling or taking a rideshare option. If the event reaches the 50-pass capacity, parking will be $15 per car at the gate.

Question

Will photos be allowed?

Answer

We are kindly asking all of our guests to be fully present with us during our ceremony, no phones, cameras, or devices, please! We will have an amazing photographer who's got it covered. However, photos are allowed and encouraged during the reception (make sure to share them with us!)

Question

Where should I book for accomodations?

Answer

Refer to the "Travel" tab on our website for hotel details. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
