Matron of Honor
Melanie and I met in 2003 when we were both 6th graders and locker buddies at Clay Middle School. I was the new kid having just moved from Chicago and Melanie couldn't have made me feel more welcome. We clicked from the start and spent countless hours with each other from dance practice to starting high school together at Cathedral. Melanie is without a doubt one of the kindest, sweetest humans you'll ever know. Even though she's now miles away in Boston, we always pick up right where we left off. Melanie is just one of those people you'd consider yourself blessed to have as a friend!
Matron of Honor
Lauren and I met just before our freshman year of high school while taking the same summer gym class. Lauren is one of the most infectious people you'll ever meet with a personality larger than life. She introduced herself to me and along with Melanie, we quickly became the three best friends that anyone could every have. Lauren and I have always been incredibly close and lived together right out of college, having (a little too) much fun. Some of my absolute favorite memories tend to always involve Lauren and I'm so lucky to have her as a lifelong friend!
Bridesmaid
Katie is my older cousin, friend and sister I've never had all wrapped into one. Her words of wisdom regarding all life matters have never failed to steer me in the right direction. We share many similarities and can talk upwards of 4 hours on the phone without even realizing it. Katie and her husband live in Nashville, so they got to know Neil extremely well while he was living there. It's safe to say Neil loves them both as much as I do!
Bridesmaid
Kelly is a cousin of mine and one of the most loyal humans I've ever met. She goes to incredible lengths for the people she cares for and has an immense love for her family. I turned to her a countless number of times growing up for advice regarding anything and everything. She is a world traveler and never passes up the chance to seek a new opportunity. She's a go-getter and extraordinarily successful in all she does. The Morgan fam is so blessed to have Kelly in it!
Bridesmaid
Steffi and I first met in high school while on the Cathedral Dance Team together. We continued to grow closer and after college, ended up spending many weekends together tearing up Broadripple/Downtown Indy (Rock Lobster, anyone?) Steffi is a fellow Physician Assistant and one of the biggest influences in my decision to leave the work force and go back to school. She is an unbelievably thoughtful person who will go to lengths to make people feel special and cared for. I feel so blessed to have known Steffi for all of these years and to have her in my life!
Bridesmaid
Paige is my future sister-in-law and the girl that my younger brother is lucky enough to be marrying! We have actually been “sisters” for quite some time now as we pledged the same sorority at Purdue (but never crossed paths given the age gap). Getting to know Paige over the past 6 years has been such an enjoyable and effortless task. She's the most go with the flow girl alive and has such a caring and fun personality. She has a love for Purdue that rivals the Morgan fam's and is always up for anything and everything. She truly is the kind of girl you can only pray your brother will end up with. I'm beyond lucky to be able to call her both a friend and family!
Bridesmaid
Stephanie and I met the first day of PA school when she picked the seat next to mine. Over the course of two years, we spent over 3,000 hours together between carpooling to school, studying at Starbucks and our Thursday night tradition of splitting a plate of chicken nachos, drinking a Strawberry Blonde(s) and quizzing each other at District Tap. We've been pretty much inseparable ever since and were even fortunate to get PA jobs at the same practice, allowing us to continue seeing each other every day! Stephanie and I are near-identical in so many ways and I'm so fortunate she came into my life three years ago!
Best Man
Although we knew each other at a young age, Matt and my relationship grew significantly in high school when we competed on the same football team. Widely known as “Big Country,” Matt is a lover of golf, fishing, country music, and an ice-cold Busch Heavy. My fondest memories with Matt have been out on the water bass fishing, living together at Michigan State, and driving around jamming to “The Maine” in high school. If you’re looking to point him out come wedding night, just look for the large, bearded man with a whiskey and coke in both hands.
Best Man
I’ve known Tyler since childhood when we first started playing sports together. Our friendship continued to grow in high school as we played football together and were also roommates our freshman year of college at Saginaw Valley. A fan of fly fishing, hunting, and the occasional round of golf, it goes without saying that Tyler is a fan of the outdoors. Some of my fondest memories with Tyler were spent fishing, playing football and our various trips out West over the years. Though widely known for shedding his knowledge on various topics with his “Pratt Facts,” the accuracy of his wisdom has always been up for debate.
Groomsman
Pat and I first became friends in middle school where we bonded over our mutual love for snowboarding. As we moved into high school, we ended up working together at our local ski hill as lift operators where very little work was ever accomplished. Following high school, Pat and I were roommates our sophomore year of high school at Michigan State before he transferred to Central Michigan. Born in Indianapolis and a Colts fan at heart, Pat has given this marriage his stamp of approval.
Groomsman
Adam and my friendship started while playing football together our freshman year in high school. Our relationship continued to grow as Adam's basement aka "Kroll's basement" became the regular hangout spot for our whole friend group. Living in downtown Grand Rapids following college graduation, Adam and I were not only roommates but also colleagues. For a few years, Adam and I spent every waking minute together where we inevitably decided to “drive separately to work” to ensure we had some alone time. A fan of Michigan State athletics, lacrosse, and having a good time, expect big things out of him on the dance floor come wedding night.
Groomsman
Brett and I have been close friends ever since we started playing football together our freshman year of high school. Following high school, Brett and I were roommates our sophomore year of college at MSU and also our first year following college graduation. Any memory I have where I look back and think “man, I probably shouldn’t have done that,” Brett was usually right there with me. A fan of anything with a motor and currently living on a boat in Traverse City with his wife, Samantha, it’s safe to say Brett enjoys the fast lane.
Groomsman
Kyle and I met our freshman year in college where we were roommates at Saginaw Valley. With a similar interest in sports, music, and hobbies, Kyle and I bonded quickly and have been close friends ever since. Outside of being roommates, some of my fondest memories with Kyle have been our countless hangouts in East Lansing, Grand Rapids, and our various rounds of golf around Indy as of late. With a forgetful tendency, Kyle may be seen looking for his keys, wallet, phone or a variety of other personal items he misplaced on wedding night.
Groomsman
Alec and I have known each other since we were in grade school where we first met playing various sports together at a young age. As life moved on, we ended up becoming roommates our senior year at Michigan State where our friendship grew tremendously. Alec is an exceptional golfer and a lover of sports, music, and staying up far beyond the average person’s bedtime. If I were a betting man, I would say Alec will be the first to have his tie around his head on the dance floor.
Groomsman
My soon to be brother-in-law; I’ve known Tommy for nearly three years now. A lover of Purdue athletics, European soccer, and a 10-leg parlay, Tommy and I bonded quickly over our mutual interest in sports. A true competitor at heart, you can always count on Tommy to hit the last cup on beer pong. While I also have been known to toss a few back, it’s easy to see how Tommy and I bonded so quickly. He's about as easy as a potential brother-in-law can get and we've had some pretty great times. Some of my fondest memories with Tommy includes our time spent on Lake Wawasee and I look forward to many more to come.
