Taxi drivers are very nice in Aruba as well and usually charge ~$25-$35 for rides to Divi-Tamarijn areas depending on the day of the week and the time.
Rental Cars:

Transportation around the island:
Uber and Lyft are not on the island, but there are several taxi services, which can be ordered at the front desk of any hotel.
