Q: Where should I stay? A: We’ve got you covered! We’ve reserved a room block at the Charlotte Marriott City Center & the JW Marriott right in the heart of all the action. Book by: Thursday, September 10, 2026 to snag the group rate at either hotels Q: How do I book? A: Easy! Head to the travel page on our wedding website for the direct booking link and our special group rate. Q: Who handles the reservation and payment? A: Each guest will be responsible for booking their own room and covering the cost of their stay.

Kids, Plus-Ones & Additional Guest

While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend is adults only (21+). We have carefully curated our guest list, so please note that plus-ones are only permitted if listed on your invitation, and additional guests may only attend with the bride and groom’s prior approval. All guests are required to RSVP once the RSVP period opens. Unfortunately, without an RSVP, we cannot reserve a spot for you at the wedding.

Welcome Party - Southern Casual: Think classic and comfortable, favoring breathable fabrics like linen or seersucker, neat fits, and timeless pieces such as polos, chinos, sundresses, and boat shoes. Wedding – Cocktail Attire: Dressy but not black-tie, balancing elegance and comfort. Women: Chic midi or knee-length dresses, stylish jumpsuits, or dressy skirts with blouses paired with heels or dressy flats. Men: Suit or a blazer with dress trousers and dress shoes. Traditional Indian wedding attire is welcome at all events! Above all, we want everyone to wear what makes them feel comfortable, happy and ready to dance!

Can I wear white to the wedding events?

In U.S. tradition, white is reserved for the bride. We kindly ask guests to skip white, ivory, and cream, let the bride have her moment! Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
