Question
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Answer
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires no earlier than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US, Canada, UK, and Australian Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico. Indian Citizens will need to obtain a tourist visa unless they have a valid US Visa or are permanent residents of Canada, UK, or Japan. What time is check-in and check-out at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya?
Answer
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.

Can I stay for just 2 nights?
Answer
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-6 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand that there may be certain limiting factors. The special wedding rate is only available for a 3 night stay (11/11-11/14) and the discounted rate is available for any additional nights (11/9-11/11 and 11/14-11/17). If you must stay fewer than 3 nights, please contact us at hello@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits and for the best rate possible to be conveyed.
