E-Ticket Information

Answer

When planning your trip to DR you have to setup an E-Ticket Migration form to show your airline for when you depart and arrive back to the US. This is very easy to do and we recommend doing it the night before you leave so you do not have to do it in the airport before you check in. Here is the link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/

How long should I book my trip for?

Do I have to worry about food while I am there?

Answer

No the resort is all inclusive. When staying at Moon Palace you also have access great food from buffets to sit-down restaurants that are all included with your stay.

Should I bring cash?

Answer

We recommend bringing one dollar bills to tip staff as they serve you. The amount you bring is entirely up to you.

Passports?

Answer

Passports can take up to three months to come in after applying for them. We recommend getting them asap If you do forget you may have to pay for expedited charges to have it delivered quick. If you do not have one, it is recommended to obtain one as soon as possible. If you do have one, please check the expiration date. What should I wear?

Answer

It gets VERY hot there. For the wedding ceremony we ask you wear beach formal wedding attire. For the rest of the time we recommend beach attire and loose clothing to stay cool.

Will transportation be available from the airport to Moon Palace Punta Cana?

Answer

This service is applicable with a minimum stay of 4 paid nights and is subject to availability. Each guest will be responsible for booking their transportation service a minimum of two weeks in advance of their arrival date. If reservations are not made according to the above, there will be no credit or refund, without exception. Transfers can be requested through the following Transfer Site: https://transfers.palaceresorts.com
