Mike and I met online! We first met on ok Cupid back in 2017, we spoke for a little but never met. Then in 2018, Mike sparked a conversation and that was that. We met that night and grew as friends before we started our relationship in February of 2019.

Right after our 7th year anniversary Mike started acting suspicious. After taking sneaky phone calls and calls to his mom, he suggested we go to Florida to see his parents. So naturally I thought he was going to propose in Florida. It was a good distraction because I had no clue when we headed to the city with our friends Becca and Mike that it would be happening a week before our trip. On February 22, 2025, Michael and I went to see One Vanderbilt in the city with our friends, Becca and Mike. When we got there Becca informed us that we’re as mix up in the tickets and we got there too early. To make the best of it Michael suggested we go over to the Chrysler Building. Michael was working there at the time as an elevator mechanic and made arrangements to take us to the 61 st floor where the gargoyles are. After taking a few pictures of the city from that high, Becca had us pose in front of a window with the perfect view of the Empire State Building. As we were taking the picture, Michael got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. I was so surprised! It was perfect!
