Savannah Hilton Head International Airport

This is ONE of TWO airports you can use to get to Hilton Head Island. Savannah is about a 50 minute drive to Hilton Head and also offers car rental, shuttle service and Uber.

Hilton Head Island Airport

This airport is located on Hilton Head Island, however, usually no direct flights (layover is usually in Charlotte). The airport is small and quaint; only 10 minutes from Shipyard Plantation and wedding festivities.
