3 min drive from The Rockaway Hotel (our venue). Rogers bed & breakfast is located above the bar Rogers. It has 18 rooms but is a walk up to the second and third floors (no elevators). Due the the air bnb laws in NYC, you cannot book online for a short stay but we have reserved the rooms through the owner. If you would like a room here, you'll just need to text us and we'll keep track of who books the 18 rooms. The rate is $250 a night (cash due day of stay, no tax or fees will be added on top of this) and is a 2 night minimum requirement.
