Our story began through mutual friends, spending time in the same circle with lots of late nights filled with games, laughter, and sometimes one too many drinks. After a few years of friendship, the timing was right—and that’s when our relationship grew to something more. Over the last eight years, we’ve built a life full of love, humor, and quiet moments. We love a little friendly competition —especially during our nightly Jeopardy games —and whether we’re out with friends or just unwinding at home, we’re always finding reasons to laugh together. Shane proposed on Christmas Eve in the sweetest, most intimate way—just the two of us, our son, and our two pups, Chowder and Olive. It was perfectly us in every way. Our relationship has always been rooted in support, laughter, and love.
