Flight

Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX)

Mexico City is easily accessible with direct flights from major U.S. cities. Most guests will fly into Benito Juarez International Airport. From there, you can take a taxi or rideshare to your hotel. Ubers and Rideshares: Safe, reliable, and easy to use from the airport. Just follow signs to the designated rideshare pickup area. Authorized Airport Taxis: Purchase a ticket at the official taxi counters inside the terminal (before exiting). Prices are fixed by zones, so no need to negotiate. Do not accept rides from drivers who approach you inside or outside the terminal. Traffic: Mexico City traffic can be very heavy, so allow extra time when travelling to and from the airport. Hotels and short-term rentals located in the recommended neighborhoods will be 30 minutes – 1 hour from the airport.

Rental Car

UBER

When in Mexico City, we recommend using Uber. It's safe, convenient, and very affordable! Be sure to download the app before your flight takes off to Mexico!

NEIGHBORHOODS

We recommend booking hotels as soon as you finalize your travel plans. POLANCO: Polanco is one of Mexico City’s most elegant and vibrant neighborhoods. Chic and upscale, Polanco is known for high-end shopping, world-class restaurants, and beautiful parks. If you love luxury hotels, fine dining, and leafy streets, this is your neighborhood! ROMA: Roma is hip, artistic, and full of character, rivaling Polanco for the center of the city’s culinary scene. The neighborhoods are lined with trees, cute cafes, bars, galleries and a vibrant nightlife, making it perfect for exploring on foot and soaking in the local culture. CONDESA: Condesa is known for its art-deco architecture, tree-lined streets, and leafy parks. You will find tons of cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars alongside chic boutiques and shops. Condesa is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more relaxed environment, ideal for strolling and exploring. CENTRO HISTÓRICO – The historic heart of the city, Centro Histórico is home to stunning architecture, museums, and plazas. This a great neighborhood for sightseeing if it’s your first time in Mexico City!
