Things To Do

Got some free time? Taking a few extra vacation days? Here are a few of our favorite things.

Day at the beach

Enjoy the sun and the sand at some of Gloucester's best beaches. Pavilion Beach is downtown, while a short drive will take you to Good Harbor or Wingaersheek. Click below for beach parking availability.

Downtown Gloucester

Shop on Main Street and take a harbor stroll along Western Ave.

Rockport

Just one town away is scenic Rockport, MA with all the coastal classics: boutique shops, galleries and ice cream.

7 Seas Whale Watch

Home to Wicked Tuna, Gloucester also has great whale watching! Fun fact: Ned's sister Maggie even spent a summer working on the 7 Seas' charters.

Tonno Italian Restaurant

A Roger's family favorite, Tonno has delicious seafood and Italian dishes.

Sugar Magnolias

Best brunch spot in town.
