Plated Dinner Main - Caprese Chicken - topped with tomato, mozzarella cheese, and a balsamic drizzle and Grilled Mahi Mahi - with mango salsa. (Meals will come with a portion of both.) Sides - Lemon Garlic Pasta with capers, Baked Potato with sour cream, & roasted California vegetable mix. Plated Kids Meal - Chicken Tenders, Mac & Cheese, Tater Tots served with ranch & barbecue sauce (12 and under)
