Please kindly RSVP by September 18th, 2025. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity, even if you have not yet received the formal wedding invitation.

WILL THIS BE AN INDOOR OR OUTDOOR EVENT?

Both! The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting); cocktail hour is both inside and outside; and the reception will be inside.

IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?

Answer

We’ve arranged convenient transportation for wedding guests staying at The DoubleTree by Hilton Boston-Andover. The shuttle will pick up guests outside the hotel at 3:15 PM and take them to Birch Wood. For guests not staying at the DoubleTree, you’re more than welcome to hop on the shuttle for a stress-free ride to Birch Wood as well. At the end of the night, the shuttle will bring everyone back to the hotel.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking (free) at Birch Wood Vineyard.
