What is the new date?

Answer

Friday, October 16th! We appreciate your flexibility, as the situation forced us to move to a Friday, rather than the Saturday we'd hoped for. We know Fridays can be tough, but hope to see you there!

What is the new RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 15, 2020. Feel free to send in your response early!

If I already RSVP’d, do I need to do it again?

Answer

Yes, please! Given the new day and date, please let us know if you can still make it.

Can I still send in my old RSVP card?

Answer

Yes, please! If you still have your previous RSVP card, feel free to send it in. Please add a quick note that you are confirming the new date.

If I already booked my hotel room, do I need to rebook for the new dates?

Answer

Yes. The hotel is unable to move reservations to the new date, and all old reservations were cancelled. Please see the Guest Accommodations page for the new link for the hotel block.

Guests in formal or cocktail attire will fit right in, as long as they have good dancing shoes!

Weddings are long days with lots going on late into the night! We think our friends 5 and younger may have a better time with grandma, grandpa, or a sitter. If you have specific questions on this point, please let us know!

Are dietary accommodations available?

Answer

What’s wrong with you? Who can’t have chicken, beef, or fish? Yeah, we have accommodations... there’s a couple restaurants .5 miles down the road; enjoy! UPDATE: Sigh, I’ve been told to “behave”... We of course want to work around any allergies or dietary needs. If you have specific needs we may not be aware of, please send us a quick note through the online RSVP.

Are shuttles to the venue/airport available from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, before the ceremony the hotel does provide a shuttle on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend requesting the shuttle no later than 25 minutes before you would like to depart. Shuttles are NOT available after dinner, so we do not recommend relying on this transportation. Please see the Guest Accommodations tab for information on transportation options.

How do I access the venue?

Answer

When you arrive, please let the gatekeeper know you are there for the wedding of the century, and the gates will be opened . 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, the gates will remain open for all guests to arrive. If you need to call a cab/ride share at the end of the night, please have your driver tell the gatekeeper they are picking you up at the Country Club following the wedding.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, of course! There is ample parking in the front of the country club, as well as additional parking in the rear if necessary. Guests who have had too much to drink may leave their cars overnight at the venue, provided the cars are collected in a timely manner the following day.

How can I share my photos with you?

We'd love to see your photos of the wedding or any related events! We’ve chosen to use the ‘Guest’ app to share your photos. It’s free to download on your iPhone or Android phone. Yes, the ceremony will be held in the Ballroom in case of rain or inclement weather. While we've heard rain on your wedding day is good luck, please join us in wishing for sunny skies and low humidity!

What transportation options are available?

Answer
