After receiving your formal invitation, please head over to the RSVP tab and let us know if you'll be able to make it no later than September 25, 2025. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Please arrive at the ceremony no earlier than 4:00 and no later than 4:25. The reception cocktail hour will begin at 5:30, immediately following the conclusion of the ceremony.
Our dress code is cocktail attire. Men, please wear a suit and tie. Women should wear a maxi, midi, or tea-length dress or a comparable pantsuit.
Unfortunately, we can only accommodate plus ones that are specifically indicated on your invitation or listed under your party in the RSVP tab.
Although we love your children, they are not allowed at our event unless specifically addressed on your formal invitation. Take this as an opportunity for a date night and come ready to enjoy yourself!
Please contact Neal or Kayla directly with any dietary restrictions so our catering team can accommodate you.
We will not be providing transportation to the reception. St. James church (our ceremony location) has a small parking lot and plentiful street parking. The Refinery (our reception location) has over 1,000 spots available for parking and cars can be left overnight if needed. The reception is a 15 minute drive from the ceremony. If staying at the Sheraton hotel, a shuttle will be running between the hotel & the reception venue for free until 10:30 pm.

Visit the famous Kentucky Derby Museum, Churchill Downs, Muhammad Ali Center, or the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. For a more relaxed activity, stroll down Market Street and stop into the various shops/galleries, walk across the Big Four Pedestrian Bridge to Indiana, or visit beautiful Cherokee Park. Lastly, you can't visit Louisville without experiencing a Bourbon distillery tour, and we have recommended a few below!
O'Sheas Irish Pub is where we met and is one of our favorite places in town! For a chic speakeasy, try Hell or High Water (reservations recommended). Louisville is home to so many great breweries, but our favorites are Mile Wide, Atrium, Ten20, Gravely, or West 6th. While the entire Kentucky Bourbon Trail, consisting of 56 world-famous distilleries, is within driving distance from Louisville, we recommend Angel's Envy, Evan Williams, Old Forester, Rabbit Hole, or Copper & Kings if looking to stay in town.
