Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

If you're reading this, preferably right now, ASAP. Please RSVP no later than February 14th, 2025. Our vendors require us to provide the final head-count by this date, any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No" and cannot be changed. Please also select your meal choice for the evening. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are you Registered?

Answer

Yes. We are just so thankful you decided to spend your day off celebrating our love with us. If you feel inclined to gift, you can find our registry details in the "Registry" section of our website.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests wear semi-formal attire. This is a wedding ya know! No red attire and nothing too short or immodest, no flip flops or other casual footware, no shorts, dark jeans are acceptable but please no holes. Black attire is acceptable. Professional photos will be taken of everyone with the Bride and Groom so please dress accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

No. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If mailed, your invitation will be made out to "Your Name + Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

No. Unless your children are specifically listed on your invitation, we respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your children. Please be aware there will be alcohol and a DJ, do with this information as you must.

Question

Can I wear white, ivory, or cream colored attire?

Answer

HAHAHAHA....no. Let me have my moment girllll.

Question

Can I post on Social Media once the knot is tied?

Answer

No. Once the Bride and Groom announce to the world that the knot is tied, feel free to post. Please refrain from posting pictures of the wedding until then. We spent a lot of time and money planning this event; please respect our big moment and allow us the honor of unveiling that to the world.

Question

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

No. We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. All cell phones should be put away during the ceremony. We want our guests to be 100% present with us at this moment. We spent a lot of money on the photographers who will be present. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you please as long as you promise to send them to us at the end of the night!

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes and no! The ceremony will be outdoors - please plan accordingly. The reception will be indoors. Both the ceremony and reception are at the same location.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of on-site parking and Ashford Acres staff will be present to assist guests before the ceremony.
