The ceremony will take place on a sandy beach area so please keep that in mind when selecting footwear.
Charter Bus transportation will pick up from this location to transport guests to Epcot for the reception. Use of this bus is mandatory to enter the reception.
Epcot Cocktail Hour
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

There will be hors d'oeuvres and an open bar. Please use this time to grab a drink prior to dinner.
Epcot Wedding Reception

Please bring or wear comfortable shoes as the reception will require some walking in Epcot.
• 8:00pm to 9:30pm: Dinner Food will be served buffet style with a chicken, fish, and beef option. Along with sides, soup, and salads. If you require a special food accommodation, please let Nicole know. • ~9:00pm: Firework Display "Luminous: The Symphony of Us" • ~9:30pm: Ride Mix-in (Optional) This will require a walk to the ride location. • ~10:15pm: Dessert and Cake Cutting • ~11:00pm - 1:00am: Music and Dancing Transportation back to ceremony location (Loews Royal Pacific Resort) will be provided following the event. Guests are encouraged to stay for the length of the event, however if they wish to leave early, the bus will be available. We will announce the shuttle leaving times closer to the event date.
