Freshmen year, second semester of college. It was a very snowy first day of school. I was late to my math class because of the traffic on the Long Island Expressway (typical!). After hiking up the stairs in the parking lot in the snow, I finally arrived to the building on campus completely out of breath and found the classroom number. I was so sure that I was going to walk through the door that led to the back of the classroom (there were always 2 doors leading to the classrooms) this way no one would notice me coming in late. Nope. I was wrong. As I entered through the front door, everyone stared at me while I held my half broken umbrella upside down in my hand with my beanie barely hanging onto my snow covered head. It got Gino’s attention though! For the next 5 years we both had each other to get through architecture school with lots of laughs and lots of tears (mainly my tears), but we made it! Now 9 years later, there have been countless amazing memories, beautiful travel experiences, and many many dessert dates. We are very excited to celebrate our next chapter with everyone!
