Travel Note
Foxfire Mountain House is located in a remote rural area within the Catskill Mountains. Your weekend getaway will be a beautiful, relaxing experience yet it may also be challenging to secure lodging and/or transportation. We ask that you please keep in mind the charming inns in the area do not operate like the larger commercial hotels which we are accustomed to. Most lodging available are considered boutique hotels, historic inns, and bed & breakfasts. There are usually two night minimums, and unfortunately do not offer discounted pricing or group bookings. We have gone ahead and supplied a few options of places to inquire. Most are available at a first-come, first-stay basis so please inquire ASAP. Lastly, you are not limited to the options provided. Feel free to secure alternative lodging that fits your style, budget and nights required. And, don't be afraid to check out AirBNB. Their prices are MORE AFFORDABLE & sleep a larger number of guests.
Hotel
1 night minimum. The entire hotel (9 rooms total, accommodates 36 people) have been saved for your convenience. Cost per night is $220 + tax. (not including discount). House Or Rental
If you prefer to stay in your own cottage or home, there are amazing options at affordable prices on AirBNB. This is a good alternative for families who'd like to lodge together and/or looking for a 1 night minimum. Bonus: There are available homes on Andrews Lane (the road Foxfire is one) and in the neighborhood which are only a 10 minute walk from Foxfire Mountain House. Locations we recommend searching are Mount Tremper, Woodstock, Kingston, Phoenicia and any other close towns.
Hotel
2 night minimum. Hotel Dylan is considered a Boutique Hotel, therefore they do not offer discounted prices and only take reservations on a first-come, first-stay basis. Therefore, if you think this bohemian meets hippie vibe hotel is your cup of tea, we suggest booking ASAP. Keep in mind you are paying for what you get for with Hotel Dylan. Your stay will be more costly then other options but the owners insist your stay and experience will be worth every penny. Plus, we hear they have a Mexican restaurant and bar on-premises. Did someone say margarita & tacos! Peace. Love. Stay is there motto!
Shuttle

Two shuttle vans will be available from 4:00PM - 12:00AM. Vans seat 8-10 guest. Pick-up & drop-off locations TBD.
Rental Car
Woodstock Town Car is good for anyone who'd prefer to set up their own transportation and not use the provided shuttle service. Please make travel reservations in advanced and contact Murad to schedule.
Travel Note
There is LIMITED PARKING on-site at Foxfire Mountain House and NO PARKING on Andrew Lane. Off-site parking will be available but we suggest carpooling when possible or taking advantage of the shuttle service. Please let us (Bride & Groom) know where you are staying so we can coordinate the shuttle stopping at your location.
