You're Invited to our Welcome Party! Date & Time: 17th of July, 6pm onwards! Location: 1 Vista Road, Whitehorse, YT, Canada Y1A 6R8 We'd love to welcome you to our home with a relaxed evening around the fire! Join us for some cozy vibes, good company, and a few laughs. We have so many guests traveling from afar to join us, so this is the perfect chance to catch up with old friends and for you to meet some new faces before the big day! Feel free to bring your favorite drink (BYO), and don't forget to bring a jacket for when the weather cools. If you'd like to bring a dish to share, you’re more than welcome, but no pressure. We are not providing food or drink for this event. Casual Attire: Anything goes! Looking forward to seeing you there!

Here are a few important details to help everything run smoothly: Transportation: Please arrange your own transportation to the venue. Aim to arrive between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to allow enough time for camping setup. Arriving later may mean missing the ceremony, so please plan accordingly! Camping & Parking: We have plenty of camping and RV spaces onsite. Our team will be available to assist you in finding your designated spot, so please listen to instructions to avoid any confusion. There is no power or water hook ups but feel free to bring a generator if you wish. Food & Appetizers: Appetizers will begin around 4:00 PM, so please plan your own lunch before arriving. We are providing appetizers and dinner! Kids & Pets: Kids are invited, but please leave your pets at home to ensure a smooth and safe celebration for everyone.

Wedding Day Details for Our Guests We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Here are a few important details to help everything run smoothly: Ceremony Instructions: Around 1:30 PM, head to the lakehouse for instructions on how to reach the ceremony spot. We ask that you aim to be at the ceremony location by 1:45 PM—it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the lakehouse. Cocktail Hour & Reception: A cocktail hour and reception will follow the ceremony, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Attire suggestions: We want this to be a very fancy affair, so dress accordingly! Dress to impress, this is an opportunity to dress as fancy as you can! Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes or suits with neckties or bowties. The venue is grass and gravel, so wear appropriate shoes! Girls, please avoid white, ivory, champagne and solid green attire.

Lake Day Following Our Wedding The fun doesn’t end after the wedding! The day following our celebration, we invite you to join us for a laid-back day by the lake. Casual Attire: PARTY SHIRTS Feel free to bring your swimwear, picnic rugs, floaties, kayaks, paddleboards, or any other water gear you’d like to enjoy the day on the lake. We’ll be providing a fully catered brunch and a casual BBQ dinner, but if you’re in the mood for some extra snacks, feel free to bring your own. We can’t wait to continue the celebration with you by the water!
