What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive by 5:15 PM so we can begin the ceremony promptly at 5:30 PM. Doors will close at 5:30 PM, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter until after the ceremony concludes.

Is there parking available?

Yes! On-site parking is available at the Carlsbad Windmill for all guests.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal: Suits, cocktail dresses, and dressy attire are welcome. We encourage you to dress comfortably for an evening of celebration.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Yes — we look forward to celebrating with family and friends of all ages.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Some portions of the evening may be outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light layer in case the coastal air cools down later in the evening.

How do I RSVP?

Please respond by September 1, 2026 using either the RSVP card included with your invitation or through our website.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your invitation or RSVP lists a guest, we are happy to welcome them. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can keep our celebration intimate.

Will there be food and drinks?
Answer
Yes! Passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served during cocktail hour, followed by dinner, dancing, and celebration at the reception.

Are there hotel room blocks?
Answer
We are currently coordinating guest room blocks through our venue. Hotel options and booking links will be shared on the Travel page as soon as they’re finalized.

What is the best airport to fly into?
Answer
The closest major airport is San Diego International Airport (SAN), approximately 35–45 minutes from the venue.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. We promise to share photos afterward.
