Wimberley is a cute quaint town about 30 minutes from our venue with plenty of walkable shopping and yummy restaurants. Our favorite place is Mima's! We both get a potato, bacon, egg, and cheese taco with a large sweet tea. Highly recommend having it with all the salsa options!

This is about 35 minutes from our venue! Drop in by the Lion's Club where tube rental is $25. If you're one of those people who happens to own a tube, just drop in the water! The river is free to tube! Chris and I were once caught in a heavy downpour while floating the river, our warm, sunny day got real cold—good memories.

San Marcos Lions Club Tube Rental

This is a nice casual-elegant Italian restaurant not too far from the wedding venue. Perfect place to go if you're already dressed up! Reservations may be a good idea for a Friday. About 10-15 minute drive to the venue.
