Kimpton guests can rent kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles for free (ask the lobby)! Otherwise BlueBikes are cheap to rent and can find all over Cambridge and Boston. For more kayak and standing paddle board options you can visit Charles River Canoe and Kayak: Cambridge, Kendall which is right next to the hotel.
If you haven't been to Boston, you need to check out Faneuil Hall Marketplace for a mix of history and shopping.
Jess and Matt love to drink beer. They love it so much they decided to buy a home within walking distance to the Sam Adams Brewery. While not within walking distance from the hotel, it is a free tour with a recommended donation that is 100% donated to one of three wonderful causes.
Boston's Little Italy. Mike's Pastry and Modern Pastry are famous for their cannolis. Improv Asylum put on a great show in this area.
One of America's oldest running taverns. Founded in 1795 by Boston's most famous town crier. Wilson was said to have announced the Boston Tea Party, the Declaration of Independence and the Battle of Bunker Hill. He also announced missing children and the auction sales of furniture, fish or foreign fruit.
Fun arcade bar in Downtown Crossing. Not far from the Boston Common.
For a beautiful day we recommend either a walk along the Charles River or the Boston Public Garden. If you have little children they may enjoy a ride on the famous swan boats.
