Both living in New York City, addicted to coffee and our phones, we met each other on a dating app called “JSwipe”. We swiped right, with one of the first messages Sam ever sent to Natalie was “Hey, cute smile.” Smooth, right? After a few weeks of chatting, we decided to roll the dice and go on our first date. We went to a place called Bar Veloce in the Chelsea neighborhood. It was a cold January night, but we warmed up after the first glass of wine.
