Kaleigh and Josh met at a Christmas party at the Monday Night Garage Brewery. Kaleigh saw Josh across the room standing near a chair where many people had left their coats. Kaleigh used Josh's proximity to her coat to get closer to him. She began digging through the coats while saying out loud, "where is my coat?!" although she did not need her coat and she knew exactly where her coat was located within the pile. Hearing Kaleigh's conversation with herself, Josh turned and jokingly suggested that she upgrade her coat to which Kaleigh replied, "I want MY coat because it has a Reese's in the pocket". They hit it off and exchanged numbers. The rest is history!
