Will there be food?

Duh yeah!

Will food allergies be accommodated?

Answer

Yes, a majority of the menu is gluten free. The entire menu is nut free. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. All food aside from entrees will be buffet style.

Are Children Allowed?

Answer

Yes! Whoever is named on your invite is absolutely allowed to come. Make sure to RSVP if they are coming. There will be kids’ food available. Since we plan on celebrating until 10:00 pm, plan accordingly for your family if you need to get them to bed.

Can I have a Plus One?

Answer

Since we have to plan all the seating and food according to numbers it is important we get an exact guest count as early as possible. If you want to bring a plus one, please reach out to us and we can discuss. As of May 2025 we cannot add any more guests to our list.

Can I Bring My Camera?

Answer

If you love taking photos and want to snap some of our wedding we are grateful, but out of respect of our professional photographers, please refrain from getting it out until they have finished. We encourage using your phone camera to capture any magical moments as long as it is not disruptive to staff or guests.

What Kind of Bar Will There Be?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available for purchasing any alcoholic beverages, nonalcoholic drinks are free. The venue does not allow any outside alcohol.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Please dress formal. Think button down shirts and dresses, we want everyone to be comfortable so don’t stress being too fancy.

Where do I park?

Answer

If you are driving up to the venue there is a parking lot available nearby. It has free 2 hour parking, but after 4pm is free. We scheduled the ceremony to allow for free parking during the wedding.

Can I Give a Toast?

Answer

To keep things orderly we will be having a limited number of toasts by specific guests. If you have something important to say please write it down or some find us during the reception.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

No. The city of Golden has banned smoking in public spaces, and it is not permitted in the venue. Please refrain from smoking or vaping at the wedding.
