FAQs

Question

Can I Bring a Guest?

Answer

To ensure we can truly celebrate and connect with each of you, we’ve decided to keep our guest list limited to those mentioned on the invitations. If you received a plus one, they will be listed under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your kids! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event with the exception of our flower girls.

Question

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 02.14.2026. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any RSVPs after this date as we need to provide final numbers to our vendors. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to make it and you will be marked as “not attending”. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is all black, black tie attire. We ask that men wear a black tuxedo or suit and that women wear a black floor length or tea length evening gown.

Question

When should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. The venue doors will open at 5:15pm, close at 5:50pm and will remain closed for the duration of the ceremony. With this in mind, be sure to give yourself plenty of time to park, check in and find your seat.

Question

Can I Take Pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony has started, we ask that all phones and cameras are silenced and put away. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

While there is paid parking around our venue, we highly recommend using Uber/Lyft and car pooling. Please keep this in mind when timing your arrival for the ceremony.

Question

Do I have to stay at a hotel featured on the website?

Answer

No, you do not have to stay at one of the hotels listed on this site. Our wedding venue is located in the heart of downtown Nashville and is surrounded with great hotel options. Please feel free to book at another hotel or AirBnB if you’d like.
