Never did they imagine a love story like this! It all started on December 29 when their mutual friend and maid of honor, Kelli, came up with the brilliant idea that NaToya and Jonathan should meet. Kelli sent a text message to NaToya and insisted or rather ordered Jonathan to send her a friend request on Facebook. Two days later, Jonathan sent NaToya a message on Facebook introducing himself and it began! They went on their first date on January 25 and it was "ah-mazing." Never did conversation come so easy...

Due to the snowstorm weeks prior, they were unable to celebrate NaToya's birthday, February 16. Jonathan told NaToya they were going to celebrate her birthday on March 20, but it was going to be so much more. Jonathan took NaToya back to the location of their first date, Stoney River. Usually, NaToya does not like to be dropped off at the door, but this day, Jonathan was persistent she check-in for their reservation. During dinner, Jonathan consistently checked his phone, stating work as the reason. Little did NaToya know, he was orchestrating a whole proposal outside after dinner. After dinner, NaToya and Jonathan strolled to the other side of the building. As they came around the corner, NaToya was speechless to see balloons, which spelled "Marry Me," and family and friends, both in-person and via Zoom. After laughter and tears of joy, NaToya said "Yes!"
