When you arrive at the YMCA, check in with the front desk (even if you're only up for the day). Tell them you are there for the Phares+Collar wedding. You will receive a pamphlet with more FAQs, schedule, and a detailed map.
NOOO! Nat, Mark, and their families will be hangin through Monday morning! Think sick spikeball and volleyball tournaments, group hikes, and finishing the many hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol we've brought up with us. PLEASE HELP! ;) GAME PLAN: Let's have another party at the Reunion Cabin Saturday night....?
YMCA has a legit cafeteria that's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Pretty affordable. Bring groceries if you want (cabins and the Reunion Cabin have kitchens with refrigerators), but feel free to be lazy and buy your meals up there.
Please do not bring your dog to our Thursday and Friday wedding activities! Our dog Ender will be at the Thursday night BBQ and at the wedding ceremony (we apologize for the hypocrisy), but we would prefer to keep the doggies to a minimum at the large group events. However, depending on what type of lodging you've booked, your dog may or may not be allowed to stay with you. For example, some of the 2-5 bedroom cabins allow pets. Check with the YMCA and feel free to bring your furry friend if your lodging allows, as long as they're ok hanging by themselves Thursday and Friday eves. NOTE: NO DOGS AT THE REUNION CABIN, EVEN IF YOU'VE BOOKED A ROOM THERE FOR THE WEEKEND WITH NAT AND MARK! THANK YOUUUU!
See answer above.
Check with the bride's sis Noelle or faux brother-in-law Taylor Brown (tennis tourney officials). They may be able to accommodate your request. But sadly their answer may be no... they've put some blood and tears into a tennis roster according to the Zola rsvp. On that note, PLEASE TELL NOELLE/TAYLOR IF YOU CAN NO LONGER PLAY IN TOURNAMENT! ASAP!
Smoking weed (anywhere), having hard alcohol in the reception venue (only beer and wine allowed in there... we know. It's lame. If you're really struggling for the hard stuff, go to the Thursday night BBQ location [Reunion Cabin] - we will have two different types of mixed drinks available there until they run out!), or bringing alcohol elsewhere on the YMCA campus where it's not allowed. Keep the boozing to your place of lodging, our reception venue, or our BBQ venue.
